    My guess is: It looks like there was an explosion from where that bigger fire is. You can see small waves of dirt or sand that encircle the fire. Im guessing there was a transformer or something that used alot of magnesium. And when water reacts with magnesium, it explodes and sends sparks everywhere which cause those other small fires. Yes I know magnesium burns bright, but once it's all burned up, it just leaves a regular fire.

    Are you familiar with the concepts of electricity and gas? You know, the things that heat and light your house? Together they can cause fires when damaged.
