This is the technique for the bottom layer.

Until you get an instinct for it, practice with the given moves to manipulate the pieces, and you will start to see what to expect.

Hints for spinning the corners:
-If there is exactly one side correct, put the correct one on the front left and do the rotating move once or twice, this will solve the corners.

-If exactly two corners are correct, put those two corners on the right hand side and do your move either once or twice, until exactly one corner is correct.

-If no corners are correct, just start rotating them until you end up with either one or two, and then go from there.

On the bottom edges: if you have everything but two edges that are flipped, you need to put them on the right and the back, do the "left" move and then the "right" move and it will solve from there.

If you have an "H" you solve it by doing the above twice.

One final hint, you can mirror image any of the moves once you get good at them. This increases your options and can speed up the solution.

  • instead of green you have black...cool

  • I don't remember what color it was originally but those stickers were peeling at the corners only a few days after I bought that cube, so I removed them. ;)
