No, it is neither Persian, nor Rumi. Jalwa is Revelation, Epiphany, Didar, Darshan. Qadr: measure, Nazr: Vision. Literal translation: Your revelation - self-disclosure - could only be perceived through the (poor) measure of our vision, and yet, we kept on watching it.
