well you gotta understand metallicas roots...they were rooted in punk rock like the misfits. just listen to their earilier stuff , like the song "motorbreath"
just check out the Kill Em All album.
So its really not unlike MetallicA. Though it might be weird to you, its actually closer to MetallicA's original sound.
Though i wish it was just heavier and more evil sounding. But it sounds sweet.
September 12th, baby! Its coming right around the corner. Cant wait. DEATH MAGNETIC!

this song would be awsome if he would just leave out all the 'o yueaaaaas, oo ooooohhs'
i mean it does sound like metallica besides for that, but it seems thier new probel is that they cant jsut have some parts of the song that are instrumental, and has only riffs. like in thier old stuff, they had riffs that lasted a minute+ with no lyrics, and im not talking about the solo. but now they fill those gaps with 'oooooooooo' and it messes it up
