Jimmy doesnt want Hope to have any of it, but Burt (Jimmy's dad) would rather have her have it to remember her mother by as well as there not be any hidden secrets! So, he takes a few moments to share w/ Hope the things her mother left her. Then, he decides to dress Hope up in her mothers make-up! So cute!"
