All depends on the trip or accommodation you are filming. The outback trip you saw snippets of was 12 days long, but others are just a couple of days. Since it's a tour you are going on like a tourist, I don't charge per day but for the finished product in minutes. And it's usually about $400 per minute.
thanks for the comment and youtube shows even SD of a HD video in a really high bitrate, so older computers with a slow processor will have problems displaying it.

I've got a macbp and it plays fine, I think you might have to download a new version of flash, i.e. flash 10.
