Big Bear Ron

My purpose, with this video, is to provoke more than to express my own opinion.

* Ron Paul is definitely my favorite. I would call him the voice crying out in the wilderness for the cause of genuine individual liberty and economic prosperity.

** I don't always agree with Bob Barr, but I do like his "the fact of the matter is" way of talking about stuff.

  • I agree with folks that Barr certainly doesn't have Paul's voting record, but one part of me thinks that having a Saul to Paul type character who saw the way on the road to Damascus might help to persuade voters.

  • He has been working to undo the Patriot Act for 5 years

  • that video sucked.

  • I dnt believe Ron Paul said this, show me where you heard this..the 4th ammendment doesnt state, but implies a right to privacy. Its hard to think that Paul, the self proclaimed champion of the constitution would say that.

  • I was actually quoting Ron Paul speaking about the issue, not the constitution itself.

  • Ummm...all correct accept that the 4th ammendment inplies a right to privacy. Ron Paul favors this as moslty everything else in the constitution

  • bob barr voted for the patriot act and he is CIA dont vote for him people VOTE RON PAUL just write his name on the ballot or put his name on a peice of paper and put it in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • He doesn't favor sodomy laws. "Ridiculous as sodomy laws may be, there clearly is no right to privacy nor sodomy found anywhere in the Constitution. There are, however, states rights rights plainly affirmed in the Ninth and Tenth amendments. Under those amendments, the State of Texas has the right to decide for itself how to regulate social matters like sex, using its own local standards." Right from the horse's mouth, so quit lying.

  • Not correct. He favors sodomy laws, perhaps you could explain how this is not in opposition to the rights of individuals.

  • Who said I am right wing? As far as current political parties, I support the Libertarian party. I voted for Badnarik last time around, and will vote for Ron Paul this time(he is a Libertarian, though he is running on the Republican ticket).

  • Ron Paul is not opposed to the rights of individuals. He is a Libertarian in Republican's clothing, and is very much for individual rights.

  • If your description of him is true, how could he possibly be called Libertarian??? They have truly lost their way if they nominate him.
