  • this lines are awsome, for sport they arent as good as duth or west working lines, but as guard dogs and man stopppers DDR's are invinsible

  • Great looking working line shepherd.

  • czech ddr dogs look so much better than american showlines

  • @MrRbn5 well , working lines like DDR or czech german shepherds , have not the straight back of the normal show line german shepherd , so they are faster and they dont have all that hip problems ,,, they have a higher drive too , stronger bite and are much more dominant and braver ,, but both are excelent dogs "normal" german shepherds and DDR german shepherds

  • best dogs ever

  • Beauty my favorite type of dog !!!

    Nice structure

  • MrRbn5, DDR is an (formerly) East German bloodline. The main difference is between German, be it East or West, and US bloodlines. In Germany, to register pups the both parents have to have a Schutzhund title (working dog title, in a trial consisting of tracking, obedience, and protection. Moreover, their dogs have to have X-rayed hips and be temprament tested (before Schutzhund trial). They've been doing this for over 75 years. In America, pay your 2 bucks per pup, neurosis accepted.

  • @HausUlv It's a great example of a working line German Shepherd.

  • BEAUUUUTIFUL!!! This is the sable that I like!!! All that black down the legs...almost black all over. This is a great example of a GSD.

  • can eny one tel me whats the differens between a ddr german shepherd and a normal german shepherd ?
