This is the simple step by step tutorial on how to start your own SA:MP server.
Believe me its bery easy and fast.
The server Package is here.
For Windows : http://files.sa-mp.com/samp03bsvr_R2_win32.zip
For Linux : http://files.sa-mp.com/samp03bsvr_R2.tar.gz
You must allow samp-server.exe from your Firewall.

@xfire114 -__- A SA:MP server is an online server.. So to play online you need to give permission to this app to go online..
