Potholer54 "Stop Whining" False DMCA Video Mirror

This video was falsely flagged using the DMCA take down notice in direct contravention to what the law was created for. It is illegal to issue DMCA notices in this manner and i intend, like others to mirror this video and challenge any DMCA take down notices that may result from it. If you or anyone else issues a takedown notice on this video then it will be challenged.

As many of you have noticed, my videos "Salute to creationist women" and "Stop whining" have been removed by YouTube following a complaint from Amenakin. At first I was notified of a complaint that the videos contained personal information about her, which I responded to with the obvious fact that there was no personal information about her in the videos at all -- not even her name. Then I was told they infringed her copyrighted material, which meant they were automatically taken down.

Of course there was no infringement at all; the law clearly allows for 'fair use' of short clips for the purpose of rebuttal and even for parody. I now have the option of counter-claiming -- in other words making a legal demand to YouTube that they restore my videos. I'm looking into what that entails and will keep you posted.
