Falling off plus annotations of everything that's wrong.

I fell off and I know what I did wrong too. I actually went too far ahead of her before the jump so when she refused it threw my weight forward and off I came.

P.S. she is in fact a quarter horse so plese don't say she can't jump and that she should be doing barrels. She does them too, but she is able to jump 3' 6"
P.S. the jumps were 3' and 2' 3"
We both have on and off nights and this was a big off night for her.
