Sponsor: http://FreeKeene.com - Some more thoughts regarding the largest-ever mass arrest of Free Staters. An idea I had after editing this... one constructive response might be to call the police department every time you go to the jail, to find out if it is permitted that day. It's their fault we are bothering them with this question.

  • looks like a goon squad. thought there were laws against conglomeration and abuse of power. police state. how can you be tresspassed against what you own, public property.

  • what y'all need to do is get some anti federal native americans in your group...then if they get arrested the federal government, state, or local (whoever did it) gets sued for treay violations because Native Americans are entitled to use of Government owned land at any time.

  • Fucking thugs.

  • An additional step that activist may want to employ is to boycott the police. If you are in a positition to resfuse service to a judge or police officer, politely decline to serve that person, and encourage your fellows to do the same.

  • Last, the cops may have covered their butts--which, again, I would not believe. That isn't what people think about when most of their mental effort goes to thinking about how pretty they look in a uniform. But again, if they did not, it is a federal crime to willfully deprive a person of right secured by the Constituion or laws of the U.S. under color of authority of law. So, *I* would see the USDOJ Civil Rights Division, Criminal Section was made aware.

  • While I'm back on youtube, I might as well finish trolling this page. I don't have the reports; however, unless they say X person told me Y person was told to leave, it should also be explored whether lack of actual probable cause would make any physical contact unprivileged--thus criminal. As official oppression is defined now, arrest without probable cause does no seem to fit .... but IMNAL. Otherwise, the police probably lied. But ... you know how it is.

  • @ninjabunnyman If I was angry I would go to the next free state meet. I just tell it like it is.

  • de: newdarnaccount But, trust me, those people really do not give crap about how upset you are--in fact they enjoy seeing you pissed off. They will care about a trip to court. See if the ACLU, will look at it. That jail also has extensive grounds, and I don't believe they can legally close all of it to demonstrations. But that's my humble opinion.

  • @nicko978

You sound angry. I suggest you do some thinking, rather than lashing out.

Why do you oppose liberty activism? Do you think the laws are all moral? Do you think immoral laws should be obeyed? Is there anything you believe the government doesn't have a right to do?

  • Again, I want to say that I hope legal counsel is involved. There's a guy in a Smokey Bear hat, is he a deputy, or what? For the nothing it's worth, I see it this way. Notice of trespass was required for a an offense. If no one pointed out specific people on notice, the officers had no probable cause. If no notice, due process was violated. Of course, these people (police) are held the borderline retarded standards of average police. It's called qualified immunity.

  • @ninjabunnyman I didn't change anything. The video says it all. He's trying to milk some drama out of the ridiculous situation. There is nothing to argue about here unless you want to act like a libtard confrontational loony?

  • @ninjabunnyman oh and didn't i tell you to go fuck yourself already?

I can tell you're one of these DRAMA queen wannabe activists proving and changing absolutely nothing. Grow a sack...
