Im an absolute thrash metal headbanger maniac... yet Tori is my favorite artist of all time. Her musicianship is absolutely amazing. whether he/she wants to or not, the listener can't help but feel a kinship with Tori, since every song feels so personal. to me, this song reminds me of a short fling i had with the girl of my dreams, but things didn't work out. the bittersweet feeling Tori emotes to me with this song can't be replicated by any other artist.

@kofemord No one must worry about their looks, as no one's obligated to worry about that. We’re free to care or not. It’s you who chooses which side of the fence you wanna be on. Tori is a political songwriter, so I would prefer her to respect her age, to show women that beauty has a wider range that covers “older”. You’re also free to have this opinion, but you can’t tell people you listen to Tori Amos if you think this way. It’s like I told people I listen to Bob Dylan, and I supported war.
