Do any gyms carry these kind of treadmills. I have a stress reaction and need to get my ass on one asap!

I tried this today. Have a stress fracture. I could run pain-free at 55% body weight. Really weird sensation.

Get a life. Either that or get a job as a grade school English teacher. Fucking grammar nazis.

I am confused as to how using a word correctly makes him a "grammer nazi." Unless BenjaminFulford was referring to andrewmase, which makes it even funnier.

My point is
A: who really gives a fuck? This is a youtube comment not a thesis.
B: Don't you have anything better to do than correct random people's grammar on youtube?

Anti-gravity treadmills aren't designed to make u go faster. They reduce the pounding effect on ur knee joints as u run, which is good for reducing the risk of arthritis and other joint problems in runners. Also treadmills are primarily for cardiovascular training, rather than building muscle.

Actually, this isn't 100% true. A lot of elite athletes use them for overspeed training, which trains your muscles to move faster than they normally can, recruiting fast-twitch muscle fibers, which helps you run faster in real life too.
