@GhostHunter1986 Awesome idea lol, or you can buy one of those weighted vests :-)

would like to train in artificial gravity when my body is heavy, would love to become super human lol.

Is that all it takes to beat the world record. You might as well be in a spaceship

I have used this treadmill for physical therapy. It is an amazing device and very helpful for people who need it. I lost a lot of my function in my inner ear which controls balance. This machine helped me perform a lot of head movement and eye excercises while i was walking.

There is something much better than this coming onto the market soon.

@roidroid oh wait i think i get it. It's the shorts yeah? It's lifting you up by the shorts, since they are effectively attached to the top of the balloon. Higher they pump the balloon up = greater force lifting your shorts up.

how does this work? what is it doing? I don't get it.
it seems to just be increasing air pressure, but how do they translate that into increased cushioning?

Can anyone tell me is a comparison has been made of the calories burned on Alter G vs the usual Treadmill ?
Appreciate a response if anyone know the answer

Good now where in the fuck is my anti gravity bed. There is no such thing as a bed like sleeping in space.
No its great for rehab on knee injuries when you want to start training the muscle in the normal range of motion but without all the strains of 100% bodyweight. Also it has been proven that overspeed training-whereby you get the body used to perform at higher speeds (ie faster cadence)is a great way of making you run faster. Its not a weight loss device-want to lose weight-dont eat so fucking much.
