@xhtyyij yes i mean it. It was my sad days when i used to work out hard for hours and not getting muscles at all. But I know why people are rushin to watch this video that definitely make you stronger with shaped muscles. i agree with your self evaluation. casein doesnt work for everyone, only the serious guys will be taking it...you know the ones with the muslces..the other guys you see that arent you, but you wish were you when you check them out as they do their squats every thursday.
but seriously, it works for me, it may not work for you. doubt the manufacturers are just putting sugar in their and pretending it helps.
i guess everyones different though so what works for me, doesnt always wor for you. <3xox

glad to know that im doing the right way but the only thing i do extra is having one scoop of the Casein after i wake up and i take the Casein with low fat milk so 2 scoops of Casein and one scoop of whey after workout

Hey, have you heard about "Musclegends" (just search Google)? There you will find a useful free video explaining how you can grow noticeable lean muscle quickly. It helped Brandon to break through his muscle mass building plateau and then build chiseled lean muscle with no fat very fast. It might work for you as well.
