I've known this woman my entire life. She has been an athlete her entire life. On of the ways you can tell she doesn't use steroids is that her muscles are not defined bulges when she's not using them. Try outrigger paddling and you will see many more natural bodies of women like this.

Wrong again. You may think it's not natural for a person to never have drunk a cup of coffee or a beer in their life, and that it is not natural that someone won't have missed more than 1 week going to the gym in their adult life. Just because someone is RARE doesn't mean they're not natural.

Fair enough, I remember seeing Crossfit uses a lot of pullups with kipping and swinging, and I'm sure the explosive movements are very beneficial for building strength. I just think a "proper" pullup ought to be locking out...at least if you're counting it for score on some sort of physical assessment to ensure some standard.

Well, I am a bodybuilder, so I guess bodybuilding pull ups are different.

If you don't lock out your elbows when you go down then it is not a pull up, it's just a half-assed, lousy, poor excuse of a movement. Marine Corps makes its men, enlisted and officer both lock out on the way down to be counted.

This is actually bad form. Your arms aren't supposed to be completely straight when you go down.

That was not good form she used her legs to lift herself up more than half the time. legs should be straight down. and there should be no sway as you are pulling yourself up and down.

    Hi,

I'm casting for a commercial and would love to speak with this woman about a role in it. It involves pullups. Can you put me in touch with her?

    Thanks!
