  • I've known this woman my entire life. She has been an athlete her entire life. On of the ways you can tell she doesn't use steroids is that her muscles are not defined bulges when she's not using them. Try outrigger paddling and you will see many more natural bodies of women like this.

  • @KoutJim Wrong again. You may think it's not natural for a person to never have drunk a cup of coffee or a beer in their life, and that it is not natural that someone won't have missed more than 1 week going to the gym in their adult life. Just because someone is RARE doesn't mean they're not natural.

  • Where to start. Okay so Steroids actually come in a large variety of effects, you canNOT look at someone and tell if they are using steroids, (hence all the testing). Case and point Lance armstrong looks like ass... Creatine! Ah yes the way that the top percent of atheletes get 2% more from a bit more energy that only kicks in with top athletes. Inflated levels of creatine have not been studied clincially in the human body for periods longer than 20 years. what did they say about smoking...

  • @thumpquitas say bullshits the studys are lie because they want to sell those things.This isnt natural because make much bigger muscles than some1 make without that.No natural and fake power.This is the true.

  • @KoutJim studys have shown, that there are no negative consequenzes on a proper way of consuming creatine and proteine over a long decade of time.

  • @MrLmfao1989 Yes, I didn't mean protein and creatine aren't natural, but naturaly they exist in the body in little amounts. Food doesn't provide the same quantity of protein easily (eating 10 chickens for one dose). That way, not being natural, great amounts of protein harms. Also, creatine exists in body in very little amount. It's like protein, overdoing harms seriously and especially the heart. That is, the body is used to little amounts of these things, and problems appear after many years.

  • @KoutJim We get protein from certain foods like meat, fish, nuts etc. So protein is natural. Also creatine is found naturally in the body.
