@01jtiong I was at the airport from about 8am-3pm on 12 January 2012 when this was filmed. This is about 14:30, the sun was low in the sky with it being winter, which kinda spoiled the close up shot a bit.

@01jtiong The closest you can get would be in the corner near the bushes. Where the person in the yellow coat is standing. However the fence would obstruct your view slightly. I'm not aware of anyone jumping the fence. The fence is patrolled regularly by airport security.
