@908lion Don't worry I'm not worried that he 'came up with it before i did', I make original music, not looping and editing someone elses. ;)

I'm not disputing how it was made I was replying to someone saying it must have been hard or required alot of thought. The sample did the work really.

That is all, now lets just enjoy the music. :)

The way he flipped this sample is ridiculous.The sample is pitched way down,sample is chopped a little,but not too much.Liberal usage of sidechain compression,you can hear the sampl ducking in and out with the bassline and kicks,some sound effects from what sounds like a Kaossilator or something,the mastering is on point aswell.Basline is there.Overall,my fave beat in a long time.All on an MPC as far as I know

@Seany06 Just because you are able to chop the same thing together put a few fx on it and make it sound the same (remake the beat) doesnt mean you can discredit the guy music is what you make and how it sound not how you make it some beats are more simpler than other...so it doesnt matter if its "remakeable" it just madders that he came up with it before you did..so dont hate listen and be inspired to make something better

@liamchillin94 Hardly, I could do this in 5 minutes, take the BB Q & Band - Genie record, sample the chorus like he's done, filter chop it stick some drums under it add a lil synth or 2 and boom done. it's not like they actually made the music(except for one or 2 added synth parts)

Saying that I really like it, mainly because the sample/original is an amazing tune and cause the editing makes a nice vibe but that's all really, it's more of an edit.

Just my 2 cents.
