@Mocha2007andcoco in tn cops would take him straight to jail and because we are under total police rules and control no one could have helped him.in tn kids who break police rules are treated same as adults.poor kids and black kids are under very strict police rules.just my opinion.P.S.prey for all Tennesseans who suffer at the hands of brutal and abusive police regime.
