Vibrance Laughter Tour - Kathy's Self Laughter Meditation @ Currumbin Beach

In Spring 2009 Kathy Popplewell embarked on a laughter tour where she ran 30 free giggleshops from Sydney to Brisbanse and back in Australia over 6 weeks to share non-humour based laughter with others but more importantly to do an experiment on herself and see what effects it had on her energy, emotions, body and mind by laughing every day for 6 weeks. Half way through this was the first laughter tour session where she truly gets to practice her philosophy, of "if nobody else turns up, I'll just laugh anyways"...

Over the 6 weeks she laughed with over 260 people but knew that there was sure to be a day or more when no one would turn up, and she'd have to laugh on her own...

So what happened on the day no one else turned up? It was one of her best laughs of the whole tour!

So what should you do when you are running a laughter session or laughter club and no one shows up? LAUGH ANYWAY!
