Cor! I love Aruka's Ibuki, when he lands a hit he takes it all the way!! Pierre is fierce though, check out his Kasumi-Suzaku (SAI) parry attempt o_0
Players: ピエール (UR) vs あるか (IB)

  • SFIII matches are so much more fun to watch then SFIV matches

  • and this is why tier lists should be taken with a grain of salt. it only lists the statistics of the outcome of a tournament (or many tournaments put together). it doesn't consider the specific perks of using certain characters, and bluntly putting it, it doesn't consider the consistencies (or inconsistencies thereof) of the individual players.

you can bash me all you want, but a that's what a tier list is, and that's why it should be taken with a small grain of salt.

  • @durmortec I enjoy watching them in ssf4, but i enjoy watching 3s matches way more.

  • damn urien said bitch get in my portal!

  • YO! The last 20 seconds of the last round is sex...wow.

  • what i said was in light of the fact that 90 percent of hte people who play, are beginner-adept. If you focus on balancing the game for that margin, you should be pretty straight. Hence, third strike is the most balanced fighter. IMO.

  • Dont get get me wrong, SFIV can be fun to watch, but I enjoy watching SFIII matches more than SFIV matches

  • @Blastaar7 Forgive me but, exactly how do you balance a game for beginners? If they're beginners, either they will always play the game casually, or they will inevitably become better, then they won't care whether the game is balanced for "beginners". I really don't beginners to adepts really have any authority on what is balanced or not if they don't have a full understanding of what their character or their opponent's character can do.

  • @KillaRock404 I love 3S as much as the next guy, but I think you're over generalizing just a bit. These are top fighters who both benefit from an aggressive playstyle.

If you're telling you me don't enjoy watching, players like Momochi, Marn, EdMa, or Sanford play SFIV you're crazy.

  • that's because noo-NOVICES aren't good at the game, and therefore should not be taken into account to determine the balancedness of a game. i.e. : sf noobs usually go for a shoto, and **** around with hadokens and what not whereas people who know how the game works exploit whatever flaw or glitch they can find to win. noo-NOVICES wont find those things that take away from a games balance because they aren't good enough to find them. That is also why tier lists are made from results of pro matches

  • Everyone isn't a tournie player. No fighting game is balanced at the tourni level. The question is from novice to advanced, is it balanced. A beginner to adept is not gonna pick up chun or yun and do what tournie players do. Plain and simple.

  • yeah i think so too. I wish i has SFIII
