Being already more than 150 years old, living all these years in pain for the loss of his love and with Jacob dead, after watching this episode I could bet my life savings that he'd die an honorable death with a "I'll meet you soon Isabella" theme until the end of the show...surprisingly,not only he survived but he also left the island! And we can even assume that he was the last to die and "move on",due to his immortality...I really did NOT see that coming!

Hey, watch it buddy! Nobody pushes Hurley!

All the romantics love this episode.

And all this time I thought Richard is gay, it turns out he is loyal to his wife and very romantic man, long live Richard !

@mode0101 It might be because the guy who plays Richard is of Cuban decent. I know the accents vary a lot depending on which Spanish speaking country you're from. My boyfriends mom is from Chile and she pointed out his accent was off too considering he (Richard) was supposed to be from the Canary Islands. =)

You need to include the part before this, where Richard has given up and is calling out to the Man in Black. That makes this part stronger.

this is so sad, I balled my eyes out after seeing this poor Richard one of my fave characters on the show, and the most emotional episodes of Lost.

"She said you have to stop the man in black; you have to stop him from leaving the island. Cause if you don't, TODOS NOS VAMOS AL INFIERNO". + Locke's face + music = Shit on my pants
Best emotional love scene in all of "Lost" next to the Desmond and Penny phone call from "The Constant", and one of my favourite Season Six moments.

This is easily one of the top episodes of Lost. This is first time we learn anything about Richard's life before and they are able to turn it into a beautiful story and answer a ton of the important questions. I was at first expecting this episode to just be a bunch of explanation because we have Richard walking throughout time...but it turned out ot be one of the most emotional episodes of Lost ever
