I always make them go smaller as I keep drawing. So on the edge of the scene, I put a dead stickman there so i can compare the size.

aaah thats a good idea, thanks. But I don't know how to keep somthing exactly the same size, if I make another layer and lock it then it stays there for the whole aimation even if i don't want it there = / and I don't know how to just keep it there for a few frames.

cool animation! i like the technique you use of throwing them out of the screen so you don't have a pile of bodies there and you don't have to be keyframing like mad.
