yes mainframe entertainment did this show and all the hotwheel cg movies. but they are no longer called mainframe entertainment. they now have the title rainmaker entertainment. they are re doing the series reboot to if you know what that is

are you talking about hot wheels battle force 5? battle force 5 has a different name but still has the same character. i think his name was vert or something sounding like that. i know in battleforce 5 he is a lot older than he was in the world race movies.
