you chose to not understand the issue or just didnt do enough research at all.
The train is not in the bil any more then mention of acorn is.
A republican is actually in charge of deciding such transportation funding and would decide where its spent.
Harry ried wants some of the money to be spent on the train, but the money goes to transportation and people put forth plays on why they should get the stimulus money.
That planning is aside from the bill.

Bill'o gets better ratings because most people in the USA are stupid, he has a larger pool of potential viewers to attract. Olbermann attracts a different, high information audience that will naturally be smaller.
