@TheLacrossefan1 - Actually, you're wrong. They aren't required to read your Miranda Rights until they begin interrogation. There are numerous ways around it too. This is not only my university study, but I witness this exact occurrence first-hand several times a week in my apprenticeship. Nice try though.

@blackopsownerzzz The "maranda rights" are only in a case of iterrogation by the police to obtain information from a person they have in costady. They are read to the person "under arrest" only so he/she knows thier rights before being questioned, it has nothing to do with actually being arrested
