No I don't think so. I believe that you can only use the actual Xbox wireless adapters.

Also lose connection when downloading a new version of itunes! Download progress bar gets to about a quarter of the way then I lose connection. Wondering if it is the adapter at fault or my Norton's 360 anti-virus program restricting something.

Sounds a lot like my experience. And when I called their tech support it was useless. It's trash - unfortunately you did not see this detailed and informative review before you bought it!!
