Would've been cool if Spencer won, his car was owned by the late Dwight Huffman, a Hickory native and the namesake of their biggest race now.

Hickory was always good for uncommon winners. Tommy dominated a ton there, but the win in 1993 by Johnny Rumley was a big surprise.

a great race, a very emotional win for Tommy Houston one of the true legends of the busch/nationwide series.
