  • I remember they once showed a movie about a little girl who shrank whenever she said "I can't." Ring any bells?

  • So true. Kids nowadays have so many choices and freedoms that they are no longer PUSHED beyond themselves. I remember being a kid and watching grown up movies and understanding most of what went on, and even liking them, but kids today are free to watch 100 channels on a TV in their own room. How are they ever going to grow?

Ironic how freedom can hurt you.

  • @dan19beav74 Calliope started in 1978 and was canceled in 1993, the longest running animated children's show of all-time, a record it still holds today.

  • This guy meant the end of Cartoon Express. I hated him every week.

  • I remember that this isn't the original intro for the show. Calliope is a lot older than this.

  • What is this I was born in 1989 lol

  • Anybody remember the live-action story of the little boy who loved playing with babydolls? I remember laughing so hard at that.

  • @boofdfast I find it pathetic I can't find much on Mr. Hiccup either, and I loved watching those a lot (only a few episodes manage to show up 'round here).

  • @laurenfortgang Yep, pretty sad, I can't find SQUAT on/or any old videos... of Gideon the Swan. It's like that wonderful cartoon, NEVER existed. :(

  • OMG I feel sooo friggin old
