@dan19beav74 Calliope started in 1978 and was canceled in 1993, the longest running animated children's show of all-time, a record it still holds today.

Anybody remember the live-action story of the little boy who loved playing with babydolls? I remember laughing so hard at that.

@boofdfast I find it pathetic I can't find much on Mr. Hiccup either, and I loved watching those a lot (only a few episodes manage to show up 'round here).

@laurenfortgang Yep, pretty sad, I can't find SQUAT on/or any old videos... of Gideon the Swan. It's like that wonderful cartoon, NEVER existed. :(

So true. Kids nowadays have so many choices and freedoms that they are no longer PUSHED beyond themselves. I remember being a kid and watching grown up movies and understanding most of what went on, and even liking them, but kids today are free to watch 100 channels on a TV in their own room. How are they ever going to grow?
Ironic how freedom can hurt you.
