Thats no joke about the Piezoeletric crystal, as for the illumination rounds not being as dangerous is BS. Instant blindness, 3rd degree burns, play around with that and youll wish you were dead. Atleast the HE round just plain lays you down. The cell phone and radio bit is true as well. If you see UXO, back away the same way you came and inform the proper authority.
