Hey im going for my two achievements on XBL for completing dojo time attacks but the same things always stop me

1 Is Side shuffles how the fuck do you do it? lol
2 is Something like press P + K then right on the d pad then Diagonally down to the left P+G during hit. These damn during hits are killing me every timing I have tried doesnt work
