@glenTCT Yah man, good plan, it's just another reason to go to the gym haha. Also, don't worry about it too much, in less than a year you will totally forget about it. Anyways, Goodluck with it and all the best!
@AloJou ah asif man, yeah i reckon its still pretty frail..all was really conscious about it all the time, everything i do i consider my shoulder :\ probably gonna do what you say and start hitting up the gym in a month or two when i feel ready. Thanks for the advice man!
@glenTCT For about a year after it, i got aches every month or so for about a few hours. This happened to me almost 2 years ago, so i'm fully healed now. But, in my opinion, 9 weeks is nothing for healing time, it might be fully attached, but it could still be frail. Mind you, i'm no doctor, lol. I got a popping sound for a while when I did push ups etc... and I still do sometimes, but I got used to it. and it does feel kinda weird, but I don't mind it.
@AloJou ahh well im only like 9 weeks into the healing process, dunno if i feel self conscious about it..its a pretty bad break, the doctor said it was the worst he's seen.. Like i definately gotten used to it, but i always find myself like touching it feels proppa wierd :\ it never really aches but if im at a party or anything im constantly protecting it even though the doctors given me the all clear :\ did you have these problems by any chance?
@glenTCT I mean, it healed, but it the size didn't go down. Usually collar bone fractures are left alone and left to heal like so. You can get surgery for it, but then you will have a scar there, and you might have to re-break it so they can replace it. I just got used to it, it's not that bad...and if you exercise, grow your muscles, it looks manly for all the girlies.
