  • Whoever thinks that feminism is built on myths, I kindly suggest that you read all of the horrible life stories of those around the world and wonder... "if she had more authority in the household would this have been as bad?" feminism isn't about upholding "myths" but helping other women be strong and respected and seen as equal to men in intelligence. That's my opinion: I don't care what anyone else thinks.

  • You claim to be for human rights, but you vilify those who have organized and militate at pfox (dot) org.

  • Author Douglas Adams condemns Del Martin because in 1976 as part of the National Organization of Women, Martin perpetuated the lie of "rule of thumb": a claim the expression arose because there was an ancient British law allowing men to beat their wives as long as the stick was no thicker than one's thumb. Although an 18th-century judge was once quoted as THINKING there was such a law, it's not true, but it feeds on the persecution hype of women.

Maybe ALL of feminism is built on myths!

  • Bless your hearts Del and Phyllis! Thank you for all you've done! You have cleard the way in this long battle. I know you are watching and helping from above! I didn't even know you, but you are missed. We need more of you in this world to help us fight and represent us in such a positive and beautiful light. Thank you.

  • You had accomplished so much in a time when it could have cost you your life,as easily as you breath. You were and will always be an inspiration to us all.

God Speed, Del. Know you are always with as as we are always with you.

  • How can she know what is right without knowing the One Who is Righteous?

  • Have you? I have a feeling you'll need to do so way more than most people. I also have a feeling you're not half the person that Del Martin was. She was a courageous, honorable person who stood up for what is right.

  • rip del. you will never be forgotten

  • wow.. im gonna proud and i know she will be in heaven!
