忘不了的你 was originally recorded by 詹小屏 in 1966. In 1967, 詹小屏 recorded "The Colours of the Rainbow", the English version of "忘不了的你", under the name Judy Jim. Composed by 姚敏, Mandarin lyrics written by 葉雯, and English lyrics written by Vir Pereira. "忘不了的你" became an incredibly famous song in the 1970s, being recorded by 靜婷 in 1969, 余天 in the 1970 "幾時再回頭" album, 蕭芳芳 in the the 1970 album "芳芳的旋律", and this rendition by 青山 in the 1969 album "淚的小花". It was popularized once again in the 1990s, after being recorded by 黃耀明 in the 1996 album "5餅2魚".
