Sony Vegas 7.0 - Lightning text tutorial

NOTE: This is my second Sony Vegas 7.0 tutorial! (1st one is titled: Sony Vegas 7.0 - Basic intro tutorial.

Here is the tutorial in text:

1st you open 3 video tracks.
On the 1st one you do Insert Text Media.
Type youre text, choice letters and colors.
I prefer BN Lynx. These colors will be youre final result. Mess abit around.

Now choice lightning and give the lightning a color.
Go to Progress (in degrees) and go to youre timeline and set it to the end.
Than set Progress (in degrees) to the end.

Go to the video track with the lightning in it and choice Track Motion.
Turn it until its horizontal.
Set the 1st Video Track to Overlay.
Watch it now.

Than you go to the middle or whereever you want it and press 'S'.
It will split and you will have 4 small videos.
Delete the second 1 of the lightning and move the seconds 1 of the text to the second bar.
Place it where the 1st one with text stopped.

Now go to transition / Flash / Soft Flash and put it at the seconds Video Track.
So when the overlay stops, there will be a flash and there's youre text.

When youre done click some effects and put them on the second video track.
I used 1st Bump Map / Upper Right Glow, than Lens Flare / Sunburst.
Mess abit around with the Upper Right Glow and Lens flare with the Time Line.
Than i used Brightness and Contrast.
Just mess abit around.
At last i used Sony Light Rays.
