A small example of free form, or freeform, peyote beading, using various sizes of seedbeads. No pattern is used in the design. More texture means better results. Just run with it. An easy to advanced beading technique.

  • Teresa! You can make the tropical fish bracelet with this method! To make summer closer. I just love how creative and wonderful you are. Your sample reminded me little Nemo...

  • @ostrovsvet OMG! I should'a used orange and black in it!! You're right!

  • Thank you for the tips TSUMMER!! I really appreciate it :)

  • @angelsoulnme Just have fun with it. I do!

  • Looks scary, will give it a go anyways :) great tut as always :D

  • @fandelesluthiers Noooo, not at all scary! (lol) Mistakes are a GOOD thing! Probably the best, most efficient gateway to perfection there is. The scary thing is realizing I'm getting too old to see what I'm doing sometimes. I still wouldn't know what I did wrong if I hadn't made this video, and zoomed in to exactly where it went wrong. I need one of those big magnifying things that quality technicians use.

  • which method would you suggest for beginners?

  • @angelsoulnme Gawd, its so hard. ;) Mark your area off with tape and make some test clips, with sound. Just say the abc's, even, while you do what ever you're planning to do with your hand work. That way you'll be able to tell which angles look the best. Make several of these until you figure out how you want things to look. I can flip the screen of my camera to face me, which is a huge help.

  • Hey there T Summer! Love your videos :) I wanted to try my hand at making a video and I have a FLIP HD camera - but having a hard time figuring out how close I should have the camera to my hands. Any tips?

  • I love the train whistle!
