Hi. Why doesn't Youtube get rid of the riff raff and low life people coments? It's so inappropriate. This is a very good video, esp if you've never made gyoza. Today is my first time and I am comparing videos. It's nice to watch a real chef do it and I like the Brighton lady also. Come on Youtube, hire some people to get ride of nasty ugly language so we can just appreciate what the video is about.

for the same reason Spain took everthing from France who in turn took everything from Italy, who stole it all from half a dozen extinct civilizations. A good idea is a good idea no matter the origin. More over, cooking is a remarkably simple science. All recipes are based on the same tecniques so the end results tend to look similar. Only the ingredients change from region to region. For example: Germany has sourkraut and korea has kemchi. Same process, different ingredients.
