I would prefer guitar hero any day just because I am used to it and my guitar hero warriors of rock kit doesn't work that great with Rock band 2 or the Beatles Rock Band.

Rock Band is easy to get used and its nice to play. But the soundlist of RB has too many alternative rock and pop songs... And Rock Band is too serious, I mean, it doesn't have that fun factor.
