  • they say disease traceability is needed in case of an outbreak the very good programs we have now do work!) but what they do in case of outbreak is not cure or vaccinate but kill all animals within a 6 mile radius per the NAIS business plan document...that is 140 sq miles of dead animals!!!!

  • Since this program includes anyone who owns even one chicken or other animal, how are they producers? NAIS has been reportedly discontinued but they still want to push a traceability program. Keep calling those elected offal and tell them your goat, horse, pig and cow tell you how to vote!

  • @JJJJview07 Ballsack is a Monsanto/Cargill bought and paid for shill for factory farming and consolidated big AG. He won't take no for an answer because his masters won't let him.

  • Secretary Vilsack, what part of no dont you understand?

  • Your a little late Ms Emerson . I don't Think Vilsack even blinked at your idol, weak threat.

The 840 tags are here . Now she wants to get on board, where were you 5 years ago Jo ANN when the cattle farmers needed ya !

  • Thank you Representative Emerson! Thank you for pointing out that this infringes on many or our rights under the constitution. Please, especially the majority of the equine world does not want any traceability of animals that takes so many of our rights away, keep questioning this line of reasoning. Ask Secretary Vilsack about how many diseased animals we accept into our borders. If this is imposed on us - why can't we hold other countries to the same standards?!

  • Isn't it nice he wants to let us design our own Gallows , with the Feds help of course. How stupid does USDA think folks are anyways.....NAIS is still NAIS by any other name !

  • Ballsack is from my home town. I never respected the son of a bitch.

  • Two legged or four.
