本节目主要介绍了"上汤北极虾"的烹饪方法:
1、主料:野生北极虾;
2、辅料:鸡蛋、金针菇、皮蛋、火腿、红椒粒、大蒜、青菜等;
3、烹调方法:
(1)热锅凉油、放入大蒜、鸡蛋液和北极虾,煸炒片刻,冲入开水,加入皮蛋、火腿、红椒、金针菇和姜丝;
(2)开锅之后捞出所有的食材,把青菜放入汤中焯烫一下,盛在碗中;
(3)最后把做好的上汤淋在食材上即可。
