I lived there in the early 1960's. It was dry, it was hot but you felt as if you were in a part of the world where the history of the world was first written. I found the people friendly and polite and did their best to talk with you. Have we become so radicalized over the passed 40 years that humans have become barbarians? What a shame that there are so many Pentograms and Remy's in the world. Only we can decide to tolerate one another. If we can't do that then the world will be a sadder place.

its more beautiful if you live there. i am from yemen and i have lived in the US for most of my life but i go back every no and then am going in like a month from now. my son and wife live there my whole family live there. all i can say is i miss every part of aden every street, every place you can think of. the people of aden are very friendly, only what have become of the county make them do things that they have no choose but to do in oder to make a living for there families.

i lived there once in Aden from 1968 when just kid ! was there 14 years and used get up at 4am to market just get bag of potatoes, life was fun those days lol

I hate ppl. who attach Aden to Yemen, I know off no South Arabian who would love South Arabia attached to Yemen, We have never been attached to those savages so why should we be attched to them today ?

Thanks for this video. I lived in Aden from 1987-1991, north of Khormaksar, near the airport. Still miss it. This brings back a lot of memories!

yh..ofcourse i will like it..whether their 300 yrs back or not..thats where im from whether i like it or not. But im soo proud that im from Yemen. i thank god for it.
