  • NOT ALL THE FACTS ARE TRUE !

    I allowed a "friend" on my DEED.

    They defaulted with Countrywide.

    Countrywide never contacted me.

    Months of trying to PAY them delinquent amounts have failed due to the fact they say I'm not on the NOTE or Account !

    SO this proves that a "co-signor" will be contacted is FALSE and Countryfired will

    not agree to accept my payments. I'm the original owner-Homesteaded for 8 yrs.

    My attorney is trying to deal with them now.
