THE BEST GROUP,THE GREATEST GROUP TO EVER GRACE THE STAGE OF UGHA!..EVERYTHING AND EVERY OTHER GROUP THAT EVER SANG ON THAT STAGE AND BELIEVE ME I'VE BEEN THERE SINCE 1979! IS QUITE PRIMITIVE INCLUDING MY GROUP THE LARKINGS!

@Persian1Cat I checked out Perfect Blend they are a fantastic group but it's not fair to compare the young lady with g knight which brings me back to joe cleary (Balladeers) the arrangement's are not your typical 3 chord progression that 99.9% of the groups use you have to have alot of talent to make these vocal arraingements and even more talent to execute them live on stage that is what makes the Balladeers a very special group and with joe cleary's lead reminiscent of clyde mac truly vintage

Hey warren do you remember when we went up against the Baladeers at leadeast maybe 1990 they were up doing Red sails we (BKLYN CONN) were next in the competition when Mickey turned around to us and said...I wanna choke! this guy! (JOE CLEARY )..Man he brought down the House with Red Sails in the Sunset!..lol..

one of the best groups to come out of philly.
actually i've yet to encounter a bad group out of philly,all philly groups are in a league of their own.
now only if they could get along with each other..lol...but seriously close your eyes,and i swear joe cleary sounds like Clyde Mac!..and the harmonies are impeccable!!
