I Found A Non Profit Organization That Does Free Loan Modifications Called Naca.

I am a very resourceful person & love sharing information to help others...I found A Non-Profit Organization called NACA . They offer free Loan Modification(Restructures). NACA is a advocacy & they are against the lenders. Lenders have been taking advantage of us for far too long & they must be stopped. Everyone qualifies bad credit, no job, no equity, equity in your property, etc. Only way you will not qualify if you own more than one property,and if your lender does not participate in the NACA program. They work with Major Big Lenders like Saxon, BOFA, Chase, Wells Fargo, CountryWide,Wamu, Wachovia, ASC,Citi Mortgage, GMAC & a host of others.
This is absoutely free...free...free....free....free....Please go to their website http://www.naca.com & see if they will be in your state. If not you can submit your loan modification through their website click on Home Save Program at the bottom & go step by step...Please send me any questions any comments, and also any testimonies....Please tell your family, friends, neighbors, churces, co-workers......Please spread the word. Naca helped me save 50% on my mortgage.. I was not behind in my mortgage.. They gave me a 30 Year Fixed, & a 2% and it took 3 weeks to get my loan modification done. I also know 10 people that I told about NACA and they went to Las Vegas & Phoenix, from California and they all received Loan Modifications for FREE FREE FREE. Glad to see you got 2% for thirty years. I also attended Naca in Miami Feb 2011. I am divorced and have three children one who is disabled. June 2011 I received a response from Bank of America thru the Naca website. The proposal was a 3 month trial period for 1,173.00 . and the said after the trial period the modification would be permanent and the figure would change my a few dollars. My house is 24 months behind do to my Cheating EX. I would prefer they offer a permanent solution.

NACA facilitates the request by doing the the budget and putting the file together and submitting it electronically to your lender. And did she say "bitches" at 5:50?

WOW! Thank You So Much! I am going to contact NACA tomorrow. My family is super depressed. We just recieved our letter to accelerate from BofA. This after they put us on a "trial modification" while we see if iur modification goes through. TO our surprise we get a sorry your Mod didnt go through and now you owe us over $16,000 in back pay(the remainer of their trial modificaton) by Sept 29th. The Bank completely set us up. NACA is our last hope

Thank you for the giving us some valuable information about NACA. I have already attended their workshop, and is now in the process of documenting my finances and setting up a phone counseling appointment, you don't have to go to the convention if you setup a phone counseling appointment after you attend the workshop and process your documents.
