@52blocksinfo : You have advised me about the difference between standing on your toes and flat foot fighting. I have now realised the difference. Flat foot has more power i understand. Standing on toes helped me move around much . Now one point I wanted to say: when i use my elbows to defend punches. my ribs are being attacked. I would request you to help me in this part , if you feel appropriate in the form of a video as i have no other way of learning this precious art. Again Sincere thanks.

I am a muay thai fighter, but ever since i saw your 52block videos i am a better puncher than a kicker. Another aspect of this particular workout which you have described helped me move my upper body to avoid punches and conter punch.
@labrae thanks I appreciate that.I dont ignore the boxing aspect,mostly in my videos Im practising the aspects that arent straight up boxing so I can pressure test them.Peace
