  • for real, my father, in fairly decent shape, bent over to pick up a pencil off the floor like that and blew his back out.

    watch how a little child picks up a toy off the floor(they use perfect form). as we grow older we learn to take shortcuts and avoid using our leg muscles. watch a young child pick up a toy, absolutely perfect form every single time.
