why does it seem like the majority of people that have a comment, response, suggestion, retort, etc, have such a difficult time maintaining their cool ?
most people have to go through various maturing stages before they can fully tolerate, reconcile, understand, etc, other peoples beliefs, statements, positions, etc... with their own.
