I believe it's Soki's ending. Soki and Arthur end up working together to crash Astaroth's lair.

They were going to add him, but due to difficulties with his Objection speech bubble he couldn't be added. They put in Frank West from Dead Rising instead.

I know how you feel. However friend, Street Fighter Alpha comes after Street Fighter 1. I used to think that too, but Alpha serves as an interquel between 1 and 2.
