CP MUGEN: Felicia VS Dio (AI Patch)

Felicia(me) takes on Dio by Warusaki3 with an AI patch by REI.
It's an pretty damn good AI. Dio can chain and combo well. Down side is that I don't like the idea of him trapping the player into the corner and spamming his low attack.
